Hollywood Tone-Deaf is a largely conveyed through the medium of sound, so I'm not certain. However, it seems like a close non-audio equivalent, in the way that it exaggerates the bad quality of the singing.
If it doesn't fit I'll just file this under the Image Links on Dreadful Musician.
