2:1 is the minimum to safely call "consensus" but for calling a crowner early, I'd prefer it to be more than that, so a few last-minute votes don't swing it down. That caption's fine with me.

Given that the Pretty Cure image has a strong consensus (12/3), has been in the crowner for 6 days and no other image is in green or likely to get there, I went ahead and put up and potholed the pic.
No caption yet, and not tag until crowner call, of course.
