What part of 'second edition' is synonymous with 'AU'? I took down the page because different content will be forthcoming and that is easier than editing things in small amounts.
That said, that outburst has made me realise something- I'm not particularly interested in taking on the stress of working with emotionally volatile amateurs again. I'm invoking ownership of my intellectual property*; you gents have fun, I'll be going back to working with the pros.

Mura: -flips the bird to veterinary science with one hand and Euclidean geometry with the other-Too bad this is a fair use wiki, Tv tropes can host discussions of your work and the troping of it through tv tropes with or without your consent, also the "I'm taking my ball and going home card at the first sign of criticism" is the most immature move in the book so it must take one to know one.
Plus I have serious doubt you've worked with all that many pros, what you have is a serious ego and control issue and I don't like the idea of taxing myself to work with controlling egoists myself. Unlike you though my property is open to whoever gives me credit though.

Rarely active, try DA/Tumblr Avatar by pippanaffie.deviantart.comI didn't give any indication that those remaining on the team couldn't keep what I've contributed it; rather, that I retain the right to use what I have contributed for later works. I just want it in writing here in case you guys do get published that my stuff is my stuff, so I can't be sued down the line for plagiarising myself.
Mura: -flips the bird to veterinary science with one hand and Euclidean geometry with the other-Well my mistake then.
Rarely active, try DA/Tumblr Avatar by pippanaffie.deviantart.comThis escalated quickly.
That it did.
Rarely active, try DA/Tumblr Avatar by pippanaffie.deviantart.comSo, we are all calm now, I suppose. What do we do?
So I guess that's one of the first things we should mention: this is an open project, for anyone to contribute and anyone to use and enjoy, no ownership or profit is meant.
And no changes to the project page without warning first.
OK?
Edit: second, one thing I wanted to discuss *before* we get into the actual worldbuilding itself, is the theme of the game. Like Ira mentioned: will this be pure fantasy, or will some Steampunk, or even magitech be in it, and if so, how much?
(I vote for both, but restricted to certain cultures.)

Seems fine by me. I think the next step would be: create a new thread: do or do not?
EDIT: Wait a second, I am wrong.

I added a minor bit to the about about us being in a revisionary phase and that none of the information is currently set in stone but I figured that was just necessary information/ a compromise.
I enjoy steampunk with some magictek, but I also like the age of exploration theme.

Rarely active, try DA/Tumblr Avatar by pippanaffie.deviantart.comI'd say we could, if it weren't too much complicated, to make a world which timeline lets you create a story at the start of magic, with no technology; steampunk tech-level, with mid-way understood magic; and 20 minutes in the future tech with daily magic for mundane stuff.
I like Steampunk because it is really about technology that could have actually been developed by fairly old civilizations, if only they had done enough research. Imagine if The Church hadn't persecuted geniuses like Copernicus, what wonders they might have developed centuries earlier? You don't need to understand how, say, electricity works to find out how to produce it and find uses for it. Much less steam or gunpowder. And magiteck would be a matter of enchanting those devices.
Edit: Oh yeah, I still think we should start a new page, so other people can see that we are open to new members.

Instead of eletricity, magic could work. Or, you know, maybe eletricity is magic
Actually, there was a Greek or Roman guy who invented steam machines, but didn't kept them going because he thought it would only be a "child's toy". Way before the Inquisition.
One of the churches had a semi-steam power chariot that was used for religious demonstrations as well.
Rarely active, try DA/Tumblr Avatar by pippanaffie.deviantart.comI'm also open to a new page but I think we should work out a flexible theme first. Though I think we have the majority of it down already.
Rarely active, try DA/Tumblr Avatar by pippanaffie.deviantart.comIf we do make the new thread right now I'd only be in it in two hours because I'm busy in the meantime (and I suppose I'm at least one of the guys working with magic and gods and such).
BTW, is there any problems if I use any ideas I'm using/planning to use in my own "works" (which so far include some R Ps to play with friends that probably won't happen)?
I wouldn't think there would be an issue, me and Ex have already made it clear we intend to use our ideas else where or at least have the ability too if we want to in the future.

Rarely active, try DA/Tumblr Avatar by pippanaffie.deviantart.comI still use a lot of my ideas from here for my own projects.
So, new page for discussion, or do we continue here? Once again: I think a new page would have a sense of a fresh start, plus would be noticed by new people.
That's 2 Yes to the new Page proposal. Anybody else?
It seems better to start anew. Any ideas for the name?
"God of Awesome and Friend's Super Awesome Setting"
Domhain Scheal 2.
Re-put it up the project was not scrapped, it did not fail and this version it can still work. You did not have the authority, nor the right to make such a rash decision on your on, and I personally will not tolerate such rash single minded decisions in a group project in the future as far as I'm concerned what you did was no different than wiki vandalism.
This a reboot, and like when the DC universe reboots the prior trope page dosen't simply get deleted. That's not how this project works, nor how content works on Tv tropes period.
