Wait really? A new season...where is the link?
I liked this show a lot. I like how it switched between traditional and CG animation. It made it stand out among the crowd.
Not to sound rude...but do you have a link to this confirmation of a new season? It seems kind of odd since it ended years ago.

:() FUCKING SWEET!!
Untitled Power Rangers StorySauces?
Will their be a new character? Will we finally see jeremy's lyoko suit? Will it have as much fanservice from Yumi as in the earlyer seasons?
Untitled Power Rangers StoryDude there not even what, sixteen years old. Wanting fan service is so meh. We need to worry about things that have no answer. Like what happened to Aelita's mom and about this mysterious organization.
I hope there's a new character. Don't get me wrong, the main five are cool and it's nice that Aelita eventually developed offensive abilities. However I'd like to see a new member join them.
We need character development!
last season she got repulsors/force field's
Untitled Power Rangers StoryReally loved the show. I honestly think Teddy Godzilla was the best worst first episode ever. It has arguably XANA's silliest plot in the whole series, but the way it just left me going "huh?" had me coming back for each new episode. It helps that XANA's nest trick was trying to blow up a nuclear power plant.
Also, I think the use of 2D and 3D really helped it get around the pitfalls of most TV computer animated cartoons. You had this large cast in side characters in the "real" world, which made the repetitively small number of individual assets and repetitive enviroments in the Lyoko sequences much less noticeable.

"If you're out here why do I miss you so much?"That was certainly a strange episode. I remember watching that and thinking I missed the actual first episode.
However the concept of Lyoko, return to the past, and some computer AI attacking humans seemed interesting enough so I kept watching.
I remember when Aelita(how its spelled?) died in the second season finale I almost started crying. Especially during the part where all the towers turned red and Xana got out of the super computer.

That's the first episode I saw, and it got me interested. It's a good thing too, as "Teddygodzilla" was a really weak effort, IMO.
As for the show itself, it had alot of issues, but I still liked it. The characters were mostly good (I especially liked Aelita, Jeremie, Odd, Sissi, and Evil! William, but I wasn't too fond of Ulrich and Yumi.)
However, I don't care for it getting a new season at all. It had 95 episodes and a one-hour prequel, and it ended. It had a good run and wrapped up nicely. What more could they do with it without risking fatigue?
We need character development!
I think that Aelita, Jeremie, and (pleasantly surprisingly) Sissi got good development, but the rest were pretty bad in that department, it's true. Ulrich and Yumi's stupid URS hampered any development they could get, Odd was a very Static Character, William was bland when he wasn't XANA-fied, and Jim developed to Jerk with a Heart of Gold status in the first season and then remained a perpetual comic relief character. It's one of the many flaws the show had, sad to say, but I doubt there's any way to fix it now, so I'm generally OK with it.

It didn't wrap up nicely! We're still missing characters and don't know about that mysterious organization.
my biggest problem with Teddygodzilla was that it started the show In Medias Res and we had to wait 52 episodes to see how it really started.
Untitled Power Rangers StoryI actually liked that, to be honest. I thought the sheer mystery of it was what kept drawing me to it.
I don't really mind the idea of a new show, but I'm kind of hoping it's its own continuity with new characters. As already mentioned, the original ended, and I'm not sure I like the idea of seeing live action actors representing the original cast.
"If you're out here why do I miss you so much?"que? live action? meh...I've seen alot of different foreign movies so this won't phase me.

Untitled Power Rangers StoryWHAT!!!
Source? I saw a animated Jeremé on the site's picture.
Never tell your problems to anyone...20% don't care and the other 80% are glad you have them.I have a feeling I'm going to hate this. Especially since that means it will have to be a live action dub which usually turns out terrible.
thank general zod for sub's :)
Untitled Power Rangers Story
As far as I can see there is no thread on this surprisingly(?). A new season and MMO has been announced your thoughts on this and the series's future?
