The skin horse one is probably the best so far, if only because it doesn't need to be edited.
But still, if the only pictures that illustrate the trope are basically just quotes that happen in speech bubbles, why not just find a text-less picture of someone being willingly tied up or whatever and then put a small caption beneath it instead?
