As said above, some sources, like IMDB, treat him as an actor, for which we do have pages. And we've got pages for Comic Book characters, and god knows Robby's got movie appearances than any one of them (and that's not counting the tv spot appearance). I could see splitting him off Stock Prop, if only so we can list the full list of his appearances.
I can see where you're coming from, but it's not as if he has a personality or anything. If he's really that distinctive, we should just give him his own folder on the page.
Technically he kinda does, since alot of his appearances feature Robby as "himself", not Robby playing the role of some robot. Some examples:
- Wonder Woman (1979) - season 3 episode "Spaced Out", he's the master of ceremonies at a science fiction convention.
- A 2006 AT&T TV spot, along Rosie from The Jetsons and KITT from Knight Rider.
Heck, he even has expies! The Fallout 3 protectrons are based on him, as is Robert the Robot from Fireball XL 5
Eitherway, I don't care, though a folder with the full list of his appearances could be cool

I've never heard of him, but he (it?) seems genuinely a triumphant example. I suggest we dedicate a folder for prominent examples like him, plus a few more if there's any.
Although at some point I argue he transcends this trope.

The words above are to be read as if they are narrated by Morgan Freeman. So shall we do the page image change?
Yep, we have consensus and have had enough time for objections. Did the swap; looks good.
EDIT: Also had a go starting the Image Links page with the other images we came up with.

I guess we can lock this then?
I think he's become a standard prop.
Fight smart, not fair.
