Yeah, the fact that he just looks like he's regretting something adds a lot. I'm pretty sure that FE himself used this as an example of picture where the caption is necessary but not JAFAAC.

I"m fine with the current pic.

The irony is that's cropped from a fairly popular demotivational poster (just image search "those were the droids you were looking for"). Just goes to show that those posters can work well, but the captions do the work of the text.
