Most humiliating ways to die in a video game

In most video games, you can die. Sometimes gory, sometimes normal for video game standards, other times quite embarrassing if someone is watching you play or playing multiplayer with you. This is a thread for discussing the most humiliating ways to get killed in a game you know of. I'll start. Trying to hit someone with the Boston Basher in Team Fortress 2 and missing constantly resulting in the death of you is pretty humiliating. For those of you who don't know of this weapon or have no knowledge of TF2, the Basher causes damage to yourself if you miss with it and will usually result in you dying if you do it more than once. Another humiliating way to die in a video game has to be losing against Kabal in Mortal Kombat 3/Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3/Mortal Kombat Trilogy and having him using his "Head Inflate" fatality on you. Not only is this fatality stupid and humiliating when it's used on you, but it's also absolutely hilarious when you're the one using it. I usually always use this when I win against someone as Kabal in UMK 3 on the DS online, I can only imagine the humiliation they felt when I used it on them. I was pretty disappointed when I found out this fatality was not in Mortal Kombat 9. Seeing Kratos and Freddy Krueger getting their heads blown up like balloons to the point of a gory explosion would have made my day. Video:

Nethack is naturally a rich source of these, but here's one I personally experienced: I defeated a monster, and had 1 HP left after the fight. Then I accidentally stubbed my toe against its corpse, making me lose my last hit point and causing me to spontaneously drop dead.

Pretty much the slower taunt kills in Team Fortress 2.

CLEFAIRY used METRONOME!
CLEFAIRY used SELFDESTRUCT!
It doesn't effect GASTLY...

Accidentally riding out of Dalaran via the sewer exit. Those not familiar with World Of Warcraft, Dalaran was the main hub city in Wrath of the Lich King...and was stationed hundreds of feet above the ground.

I think you know where I'm going with this.

Ghost Trick. Not neccessarily you since you're already dead, but Cabanela. Who dies from a hard hat to the face if you mess things up just right.

How about the policeman in the truck, if you end up on the truck ride instead of using his phone, and Trick the only thing in the car, his recliner seat. Which... causes him to flip onto his back and die screaming. Oops.

Death by chickens in Ocarina. Oh, and any time you die in Overblood.

Also Fear Effect has loads and loads and loads of these.

Bloody Mess. That. Is. All.

Getting killed while your own theme song is playing. Now that's bad.

Any death in Happy Wheels.

Assassinations in Halo Reach can be pretty damn embarrassing.

In any RPG, getting geeked by your own team member when they're charmed, or, worse still, being charmed yourself so you can't do anything about it.

Or when Lara Croft misses a ledge THAT SHE WAS CLEARLY SUPPOSED TO GRAB

Forgetting to jump in a Mario game.

Getting killed by a technician in any of the Command & Conquer games, ESPECIALLY if it's a vehicle.

^True, but Techies are so squishy, so that would only happen very rarely.

Isn't that why it would be embarassing?

While it's not a death per say, loosing to cheese you didn't expect because your in a fairly high league in Star Craft (II) can be pretty damn embarrassing.
