Witness the usage numbers this dialog-like title has gained over two years.
Goal: Clear, Concise and WittyI should add that "In the Name of the Moon" is also named for a line of dialog, but at least it has good usage.
I would propose a better name, but I'm not sure about the parameters of this trope. And the description isn't helping. Perhaps this trope would best be named for a notable (but also descriptive) example.

I'm on the internet. My arguments are invalid.Honestly? I don't think the trope is doing well because the name is too broad. Transformation Complete Troping Mode Activated would be better and more amusing. It does seem to at least be a dialogue trope. The quote certainly isn't helping though.
Fight smart, not fair.We don't use "trope" as a placeholder any more.
This title is terrible. It sort of makes sense after looking at the description, but out of context it's virtually incomprehensible. To throw something out there, how about New Form Name Roar?
Post Transformation Sequence Catch Phrase?
I'm on the internet. My arguments are invalid.I wasn't actually using it as a placeholder. I was using it as a joke about the site. I couldn't think of a [verb]ing Mode Activated, so I went with "troping".
Fight smart, not fair. That wouldn't work because it's not just a Catchphrase. It's specifically about saying the name of the new form upon transforming.
Transformation Name Call? Transformation Role Call?
[The rest was unintelligible.]Transformation Name Call could work. Transformation Role Call doesn't make sense.

Hmm should we make it consistent with In the Name of the Moon with using Sailor Moon as an example?
If not Transformation Name Announcement might work.
Sparkling and glittering! Jan-Ken-Pon!There is now a single proposition rename crowner for this trope here.
This title has brought 87 people to the wiki from non-search engine links since 20th FEB '09.
This crowner clearly favors a rename, but it only has 10 votes. Does it need more or can it be called now?
Let's see if it gets more votes by Monday.
Current status: 12 for, 2 against.
Update: 14 for, 2 against.
Given the support for a rename, there is now an alternative titles crowner for this trope here. Feel free to add names as you see fit.
"irhgT nm0w tehre might b ea lotof th1nmgs i dont udarstannd, ubt oim ujst goinjg to keepfollowing this pazth i belieove iN !!!!!1 dCrowner attached.
A brighter future for a darker age.Bumping for a few more votes.
Transformation Introduction is too vague.
Anyway, the crowner's consensus looks pretty solid. I think we can call this now.
EDIT: It appears that the leading option got 2 down votes after I made this post... doesn't look so "clear" anymore.

Transformation Sequence Introduction then?
A Transformation Sequence will go normally
- By The Power Of Gray Skull
- The Transformation Sequence itself
- End with a Cool Pose and then catchphrase with their Name in it introducing themselves. (some examples do this twice where they state their catchphrase including their name then all at once do a group form of it.)
- Then In the Name of the Moon I am going to kick your ass speech.

Sparkling and glittering! Jan-Ken-Pon!Still too vague. The name needs to indicate that it's specifically about saying the name of the new form.
Crown Description:
Previous crowner showed consensus support for a rename. This trope is about a character saying the name of their new form after transforming.
I'll be amazed if someone can actually figure out what trope this incomprehensible title refers to without looking at the definition.
