I just saw it and thought it was amazing. I was very surprised a page about it hadn't been created yet. What did you guys think of it?

Seth Rogen deserves an Academy Award nomination for his work. Who knew he could have a serious side along with his funny side? Anjelica Huston also deserves a nomination.

And yes, it's a good film. Being autobiographical also adds to it working.

Would anyone be willing to help me make a page for 50/50? I've never made a page here, but I feel the movie deserves one.

I tried to type out the address for where the page would be (to get the "start page here" but when I type 50/50' it doesn't do that for some reason.

That is, entering https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/50/50 should bring you to an empty page

Because punctuation ruins things. You should put it at Fifty Fifty and then use the custom titler.

Yeah I thought about that. I wasn't aware of a custome titler but that should fix it.

No, no proper namespaces. The article should be at Film.Fifty Fifty.

I didn't write any of that.

I really want to see this, but it's not out in Britain till the end of November.

It doesn't help that I was in America in the summer and saw all these posters saying it was out next week and got all excited. *sigh* God's sake UK, get it together.

This movie was wonderful. Fuckin' wonderful.

I love how layered Seth Rogan's character was. The idea that as mush as he was our hero's best friend, he used him as a front for pussy XD

A strong candidate for my film of the year. Absolutely stunning film, treats the issues sensitively while retaining black comedy (by which I mean, cancer itself is definitely not played for laughs, the laughs come from things the main character and those interacting with him say/do).
