Gonna go with the entirety of Wheatley's Final Boss dialogue in Portal 2. Dude is just awesomely paranoid, especially when he starts going on about, "I bet those aren't even real fires. It's all just colored lights and papier mache!"
Also, Cave Johnson and his lemons rant. "I'm going to burn your house down! WITH THE LEMONS!"
