To get the sword.
Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession. He never ended up pulling out the sword though, did he?
Yeah he did, after he saved Belle from Merida.
oh. I have selective memory I guess XD
Yeah he pulled out the sword and offered her a deal.
Was that a Skyrim reference I saw in this one? Something about an arrow to the knee . . .
I must admit I'm a little disappointed.
I thought that Emma Swan was going to be the "Big Bad" of this season, and turned out to be just a boring Nominal Hero.
PS: I used to be a Dark One like you. Then I took an arrow in the knee.

I REALLY didn't like how Killian pulled a COMPLETE and damn near instant 180 on Emma after learning what happened. It felt like we went from Point A to Point E with out Points B, C, and D in between to get his character there. He goes straight from caring and deeply confused about Emma to 'Hate her. Worst Girlfriend NA. Going to insult her deeply about every insecurity ever'.
I'm also confused as to how he didn't see the other Dark Ones before now...? Like, even if he can't remember becoming the Dark One, he still IS the Dark One. Wouldn't that mean we could technically defeat the Dark One by just making the Dark One forget who they are???
He takes it differently. Hook used to be a lot darker and his path toward good took a lot longer. It was easier for the darkness to twist that love into spite.
Emma's darkness twists her hero complex into extremist ultimatums.
You could probably make the Dark One forget that they're dark, but yeah, they're still dark. Killian was just sort of stewing in his darkness until Zelena made him remember.
In this world where Dark Is Evil, "dark" and "evil" are still kind of subjective. It's things like unnecessary killing and pain, even if those seem like good ideas.
And some of Emma's ultimatums are right. I honestly still think she was right to do what she did with Henry and that girl since they needed a broken hearts tear to free Merlin.

So I'm a couple weeks late but we are definitely positively going to to the actual underworld in 5B as were are getting Hercules and Megara (played by Abigail Hobbs from Hannibal no less XD), and more likely than not, Hades (they have to get James Woods for that man, though they have cast a "mysterious gentleman" role that makes me think THAT'll be SURPRISE!HADES).
YAAAAAY!
Have they ever kept themselves down to just one story for an entire season? Even if they did, they always linked them to a few others. Like the Pan arc also having to do with Rumple.
ETA: Besides, think about it. If Arthur is a bad guy, who says Morgan La Fey is one too? She and her son would probably be good guys, if Merlin wasn't the one helping for a while.

Season 1. And kind of Season 2, since there was more than one thing happening, but it wasn't clearly divided into "first half/second half" arcs.
The first season had several episodes of filler, with style "Index of the week".
"The Price of Gold", "True North", and "Hat Trick" were examples of "Woobie of the Week".

Exactly. Season 1 was a Half-Arc Season, Season 2 was a more normal seasonal structure, with things coming and going as needed, and Seasons 3-5 have been two clearly defined arcs before and after the holidays.
For some reason I feel that Emma should destroy both Light and Dark magic. They are two sides of the same messed up coin.
Light Is Good and Dark Is Evil. Emma's light magic has only been a problem when she's been feeling dark.
That's what they want you to think.
One Strip! One Strip!Speaking of the last episode.
I think an group in which each individual member is stronger than Regina, is impossible to defeat.
So I think they will fall victim to the Conservation of Ninjutsu.

Zelena is there as well, and she's stronger than Regina. Maybe if they team up (if the Dark-Ones prove to be a threat to her child) they might stand a chance alongside Emma, who's currently the most powerful user of Light and Dark Magic around.
Also......This song has been running through my head since I found out all the Dark ones are back. Just replace all references to Jockeys with Dark ones and Boom goes the dynamite(does anyone say that anymore? Wait! Did anyone say that at all beside one random news dude?).

One Strip! One Strip!I doubt that there will be an active fight with the Dark Ones. More likely, Excalibur/the Dark One legacy will be destroyed, and they'll all just disappear.
We are the Dark Ones!
Dark ones are we!
We live on a boat that came straight from Hades!
Seriously. It just writes itself.
One Strip! One Strip!I put the accent on "des" of "Hades".
I don't know if they'll kill all the Dark Ones.
Dark Many...;p
But they could do a lot of things. Detach Emma and Hook from Excalibur, shatter it entirely, or hey, put all the darkness back into Rumple. I bet that'd go over well.
One thing that's been bugging me...are we ever going to figure out why Emma kidnapped Gold and forced Merida to train him? Because it seems like the writers have forgotten about that bit of plot...
