MOVIE TITLE DROP
Damn, Arthur is really kind of an asshole. A desperate, well-intentioned asshole, but an asshole nonetheless.
And why doesn't Emma just use Merida to pull the sword out directly, rather some convoluted plot to make Rumple brave.
Well, shit! Things are not going in a good direction at all! Also, it looks like Meridia was not subject to the mind wipe, so I guess that just leaves Lancelot unaccounted for if he was still in Camelot when the spell was cast.
I was really hoping Arthur was a Well-Intentioned Extremist, emphasis on well intentioned, but it looks like that's not the case.....well, it is, but the Extremist part is clearly stronger.
Things are gonna be so awkward.
One Strip! One Strip!I'd say he's no longer either of those but a delusional madman as shown by him brainwashing his own queen into loving him despite how mad his quest is. And the fact he admits he plans on killing Merlin once he gets the sword restored just to spite him.
Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession. That sounds about right. He started out a Well-Intentioned Extremist and just went off the deep end. He's more than a little bonkers atm.
Arthur's going get a serious ass-kicking for overusing the sand to fix his problems.
Ummm...anyway, is anyone else curious about Mulan's return and the potential for maybe a Mulan/Merida ship? We could call them M&M XD

It's apparently because Gold is a "blank slate", and that stone doesn't need a hero or a villain?
And I don't like calling Arthur evil. I prefer that he's just misguided and angry. Trying to mend a broken kingdom and a broken marriage and then killing the tree that put thoughts in his head...
I dunno.
What's funny though is all the controlling others. The dagger, the sand, the heart ripping...
"I get antsy when I don't know who I should hate." ;p
By the way, found something on tumblr that might be a HUGE spoiler in the coming episodes if it's real...
So I'll hide it anyway in case people don't want to possibly sabotage themselves. ;p [1]◊
Yeah, that looks really real...

......
That is interesting......
I suppose with the previous Dark One still alive and all, the normal rules are just out the window.
Here's a thought: considering the other half of excalibur is the blade that creates and controls the Dark One, is it possible that Excalibur is evil, and Arthur has been slowly corrupted by it since he pulled it from the stone?
I mean, considering what we've seen, and what we know, it makes sense.
One Strip! One Strip!Excalibur wasn't even the sword in the stone, it was the sword given by the Lady of the Lake. But people always just skip that part. :p
So the sword may be evil.
Oh yeah. I keep forgetting that part.
Well, the sword being evil is still a valid theory anyway. Can't be part of the evil dagger and not be a little evil yourself.
One Strip! One Strip! What I'm getting out of this is that Emma could have avoided all of this by using a fucking TORCH on the dark one to save Regina.
But where would you find a torch in Storybrooke.
They should make them.
I hope Emma kills someone. Either in Storybrooke, or in the flashbacks. Otherwise she is not really the dark one but just a more cynical Emmma.
You lost!It just occurred to me..... where's Mellificent and Lilly?
With all the memes about women choosing a bear over a man, Hollywood might wanna get on an 'East of the Sun and West of the Moon' adaptationThe dragons are hibernating.
And Emma DID kill someone. That guy whose heart she crushed when she was in that random cell.
Ok, when did that happen? I mean inside the story timeline. I've seen that clip, but did that happen yet?
You lost!At this point, I feel like that's just a promo thing since Mysthaven hasn't been seen all season and we have no known reason to go back there at the moment.
Exactly what I thought. Which means that Emma has not killed anyone yet.
You lost!She killed Cruella.
Not while dark, but she was getting there.
To be fair Cruella was a monster whose idea of a happy ending was being able to murder people herself.
Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession.I'm a little confused about the pecking order in this show, in Storybrooke at least, coming into Season 3.
The Wizard of Oz proclaims Rumple to be the "strongest magic user in the world".
However, Rumple doesn't want to face Kora alone in Season 2, and claims to be able to kill Pan, but only by dying himself in the effort.
Kora and Regina themselves were both Rumple's students, and while Kora ended up more powerful than him, Regina seemed to be on even footing - this was when each had their 'magic'. Pan didn't seem to give a damn about Regina either, and the Wicked Witch seems to troll her any chance she gets.
So, the pecking order thus far would be this:
Rumple > Kora > Pan > Regina/Emma/Wicked Witch > Everybody else.
I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!I assume the Wizard of Oz only knows so much as he is just an ordinary man afterall.. He might know a lot, but he clearly wouldn't know too much. Plus Zelena became more powerful later as I recall.
That's why they relied on her to open the portal to Camelot.

Every accusation by the GOP is ALWAYS a confession.Cora is spelled with a "C," by the way.
Next you're going to tell me she can't control all four elements.
I suppose that's more reasonable. So then Zelena's more powerful.
I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!
I wonder something.
If Morgan Le Fay and Mordred appear in this serie. What position they would be in the Sliding Scale of Antagonist Vileness.?
Thanks to the large amount of Adaptational Heroism and Adaptational Villainy that is in this series, is hard of predict.
