Once I realised that wasn't working... I'm not sure what I'd do. Probably freak out, then just go along with it, under the belief that I was still dreaming, see if he had memories like mine, or had just materialised from nowhere and stuff...
And I don't think anyone could ever convince me I wasn't going to wake up eventually.

Technically speaking Idler, what I think Juan means is that he'll try to comfort himself into getting used to the new form
If people seemed to remember both of us, then we'd probably accept we had a serious problem, and go to have our heads examined.

Okay, so here is the question:
What would you do if one day, you woke up and found your Opposite-Sex Clone laying beside you in bed.
And, since they look, act, and think exactly like you, what would they probably do in return?
Also, there is no explaination for how they got there, they are just there beside you.
Realistic answers, please. No "I would bang him/her from morning to night".
