The emotions of others can seem like such well guarded mysteries, people 8egin to 8elieve that's how their own emotions should 8e treated.EVERYTHING is harmful if you substitute exclusively on it.
The sin of silence when they should protest makes cowards of men.joyflower, the protocol here is to post a link to your source. At the very least. If you can't find it again or you got this from a non-Internet source, provide some details such as how SBSP supposedly harms the brains of young children.
Stuff what I do.Really; you're just teasing us and getting our hopes up now.
Happiness is zero-gee with a sinus cold.I heard it on news radio while driving to work today. Here's an article.
i. hear. a. sound.Does watching it turn your brain into a sponge?
HodorAlso, watching teletubbies makes you gay.

Just kidding. (Not that you needed the clarification.) The study was done by child psychologists at the University of Virginia.

...I'm pretty sure I've seen that elsewhere. It didn't mention spongebob, but it did mention rapidly changing things having a negative effect.
Fight smart, not fair.Ha ha it's funny because it was a joke on Spongebob

There was a study a few months ago about how people who spent too much time rapidly browsing the internet (specifically, stuff like Twitter and Facebook) have concentration issues. Could that be what you were thinking of, Deboss?
I'll try to find a link.
Expergiscēre cras, medior quam hodie. (Awaken tomorrow, better than today.)Sponge Bob ain't harmful to my health!
I'm as happy as that guy I brutally murdered last week!
No, but seriously? I learned about friendship, and an inaccurate view of submarine life.
No, I'm pretty sure it was about TV of some kind. Leads to ADHD or some shit.
Fight smart, not fair.Call me crazy, but I'm skeptical. :/

ᐅᖃᐅᓯᖅ ᐊᑕᐅᓯᖅ ᓈᒻᒪᔪᐃᑦᑐᖅNo, no, no. Spongebob doesn't have a detrimental effect on the concentration abilities of youngsters, commercials have a detrimental effect on the concentration abilities of youngsters. Obviously, Colgate, all the shaving companies, and breakfast cereal corporations all want us to be unable to think cohesively so that we'll buy their products.
Anyways, the "slower paced cartoon", according to the version I read in my newspaper, was PBS's Caillou, which, since it is a PBS show, does not have commercials. Not a really fair study, I guess.

Never be without a Hat! Hot means heat. I don't care if your usage dates to 1300, it's my word, not yours. My Pm box is open.Well the results might be explained easily.
When you watched something that is really fast pace and easy to understand you dont need to focus at all at anything. So when you are presented to do some tasks your brain hasnt "warm up".
On the other hand if you watch something which is slow paced and somewhat complicated then you will focus and thus your brain will be ready for action when presented with a task.
Weather this sort of mechanic holds true in the long term is yet to be seen but the DONT TAKE AWAY MY TV!!!! SPONGEBOB AND SIMILAR CARTOONS ARE TOTALLY FINE!!! Is a naive reaction.
Of corse, I dont see any reason why Sponge Bob should be any different from most cartoons. So it isnt even about Spongebob. The reserchers probably choose to play that particular cartoon because its the golden standard of our nationĀ“s animated entertainment.

I will always cherish the chance of a new beggining.Just a thought, but wouldn't the shaving companies want us to think cohesively? So, y'know, we don't kill ourselves shaving?
ᐅᖃᐅᓯᖅ ᐊᑕᐅᓯᖅ ᓈᒻᒪᔪᐃᑦᑐᖅThen try something like Phineas And Ferb instead, at least that one has better songs.
No, if we thought cohesively, we'd either make our own razors, find a way to make it so that we don't grow hair in places we don't want hair to grow, stop caring about hair, or stop using razors on our own bodies because razors.
Oh. I thought that I'd made it clear that I was joking. oops.
