I like it also. As long as it is not longer than the description.
Please. It is longer than the description, but I think the level of illustration it provides for the trope makes it worth it.
...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.Agreed, plus it's not nearly the worst offender for pic size vs. text.

True. Go for it then. Y'all got my vote.
I bugged around with it, but I had to do some things that may have messed up the quality a tad.

Yeah, it looks a bit blurry.

Still too tall... It might be a bit much to do but can we chop off the bottom portions of panels 1-3 and the top of panel 4? Or would that be pushing it a bit too far?
Sparkling and glittering! Jan-Ken-Pon!Hm, you could probably crop some of the bottom off of panel 3 and the top of panel 4. No more than a few centimeters though.
Fight smart, not fair.I like it.
Alt account of Angeldog 2437.Cropped as much as I could from every panel.
The last version's about as compressed as it's going to get...it's good enough for me.
Last version works.
Reality is that, which when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away. -Philip K. DickI'm good with it.
Fight smart, not fair.Looks good here, too. Not much more that can be trimmed — maybe five or ten pixels total. Not worth the effort, for the result.
...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.On second thought not good over here.

Please.What about this?
Sparkling and glittering! Jan-Ken-Pon!A little too small...a midrange between that one and the previous one would be best.
I object. This trope seems more like someone from the hero's past who he meet later again, only the mentor is flawed or evil now.
Please.Tropes Are Flexible, plus we already have Evil Mentor. The trope should apply to anyone that a character believes to be in high standard otherwise. Should we take it to TRS or just edit the description now?

Evil mentor is for mentors who where always evil and were trying to turn the hero. This is when The Hero's hero or mentor turns out to be evil or full of vice, but still trained them properly.
That's why it's a broken pedestal.
Please.
Yeah, it's pretty big, but I think it captures the trope well enough that we can use it anyway.
