I hope it happens, and I hope it's in a specialized crossover movie instead of in either continuity.

i could be ok with godzilla/pacific rim.

to be honest i find it kinda funny how Pan's Labyrinth (one of my favorite movies of all time btw) and Pacific Rim are both directed by the same guy.

Having finally watched Jurassic World, am now pondering as to how Chris Pratt's human-raptor Jaeger can work.

I'm now envisioning a human-shaped Jaeger with four small and fast raptor drones, each of which are controlled by a raptor hooked up to a ferret ball, all synced together via localized wifi.

Verizon Wireless presents Swift Thief!

Spoilers: it dies when the human conn-pod is destroyed, and the raptor brains can't handle the data flow.

Honestly, considering what Del Toro shared about his plan for HB 3, I probably won't like it.

Totally hyped for Pacific Rim 2, though.

I didn't write any of that.

So, I cashed in some of my gamestop power up reward points to get the 7 inch Tacit Ronin. I would have grabbed the 18 inch Cherno, but that was 60k more points then Tacit Ronin and it took me like two years just to get to the 15k I ended up spending on Ronin. (I don't really shop at gamestop much beyond the occasional steam wallet card anymore)

Anyways, apparently the angles I normally see Tacit Ronin in really don't do it justice to just how long the jaeger's legs are compared to its torso. Because looking at the toy, its kind of ridiculous. Like 3/4's of its height is just from its legs. Also, the blades on the toy seem to be a fair bit shorter then they should. Like at full extension they don't extend past the jaeger's finger tips...

Oh wait nevermind, they have a two part extension. I was only extending the first part. My bad.

Dou Moko already built LEGO Jaegers though (among other LEGO builders who made Pacific Rim MO Cs)

Of course, if we invent giant robots before we have to fight against giant monsters we'll just end up smashing them into each other for entertainment.

Which on the one hand might be G Gundam or on the other Robo Jox
