The ending of the Harry Potter And The Prisoner Of Azkaban movie.
I mean really? You end the movie in which the series first enter its Cerebus Syndrome with an entirely stupid and narmy Fly Into The Camera Ending?

Any of the scenes including Mose in The Searchers. Fifty-odd years ago it might've been funny but now, it kinda screams "Hey everyone! Let's laugh at the mentally disabled man!"
I didn't get the impression that he was mentally disabled, I'm pretty sure at least at one point it was said he was faking it to avoid being killed by the Indians.
As for the scenes earlier than that... well, I guess it went over my head.

That ending also implied that John was psychologically damaged.
Yeah, the alternate ending was better than the one they went with..but even the 'Mc Clane says' ending is vaguely unsatisfying in a way.
You can get what you want and still not be very happy.
