I think I need a colostomy bag, cos I haven't stopped PMSL since I saw this "trailer"....

Reading the uproar over it makes it ever the more hilarious.

Main thought on my mind?

I think I heard that clone from Attack Of The Clones for a second.

This is one of the funnier spoof trailers I've seen. Though I'd be even more amused if this was real. It's very well done.

[up][up] Wilhelm Scream at 0:20.

Although, I could very well imagine this as a New Grounds flash game.

Ok,I wonder why would they try to make the slave trade into a game and from the looks of it will an unpleasant one or is this an educational thing. If it is educational then it won't be like the Oregon Trail.I will give them about a month to get criticized by the NAACP,Al Sharpton,or Jesse Jackson.

What's next on the list how to be a participent in the Holocaust? If that one was made then the Jewish community would come after them.

I mean slavery is a very touchy subject and even though it was centuries ago I don't think it would jive well with a lot of African Americans.

Lock@Humanity has sunken to a new low for me.

I wonder if there will be a series after this and if so when are they going to get shut down for it.

This'd probably be a lot more boring than it looks. Basically, you'd have a hardcore version of Harvest Moon.

From the looks of it... more likely it would be similar to that mafia game on face book.

...I don't know what it is, because I'm not getting You Tube right now, but it sounds profoundly stupid.

Can't censor it, of course, but I certainly wouldn't play it. I don't know why you'd want to make the slave trade a game, or why they think people will want to openly play that instead of the normal flash games on Facebook or whatever...

But still making a game out of the most infamous slave trade in history and writing if off as just entertainment really doesn't drive well with me.

If they include rape as an option and that did happened to many female Africans while on the way to the Americas then I say it deserves to be banned.

Can't ban it. You could get it with the ratings system, I suppose, but you'll lose to the First Amendment.

[up][up]I suppose we could tell the game developers to redesign so it could come from the slave's point of view and make the journey be about the life of a slave from the moment he/she is captured to his/her's death.

The slave can also have the option of running away to freedom(that would have alot of challenges) or staying with the master until he dies and he would let them go free or pass them on to someone else.

[up]I have a feeling in Britain slavery isn't a touchy subject like here in America.

[up][up] Oso wrong. The government is still getting flak for the slave trade that we started back in the 1700s.

I was just parodying the silly Saturdary morning TV chat shows.

We can ask them to do it, but we cannot make them do it.

I imagine it's simply a more touchy issue in the US, though it's been lost to the days of segregation now...

USAF@Yeah,we can't make them but did they really think this through clearly because it sure doesn't look like and since it has an A rating it means this is going to be brutally authentic and will hold no punches.

[up]Funnier!?!What's funny about the slave trade because in my view it was nothing to laugh about and it caused the suffering of many and tore thousands of families apart.
