Trope titles have to be written in CamelCase here. Courtesy link: Losing Your Head.
On-topic: I agree. The current pic is ok, but we could easily come up with something better.

This implies, quite correctly, that my mind is dark and damp and full of tiny translucent fish.Sorry, and thank you. I'm still kind of new to the forum.
Here's another fun one:
"You took yer time, ya bastard!"

That's blurry enough that it might look like the guy is just buried up to his neck. I had to squint to see the blood.
Reaction Image RepositoryI like Meet The Medic.
Fight smart, not fair. For non-fans out there, that's referring to the pic I suggested. The screenshot comes from a video called Meet the Medic, which is part of the promotional campaign around Team Fortress 2.
This implies, quite correctly, that my mind is dark and damp and full of tiny translucent fish.I like Meet the Medic. That one's really good.
...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.Bump...any other votes for the Meet the Medic one? I can't look at it right now.
I forgot I'd seen the TF 2 pic earlier on...it works fine.
I am for it.
Please. Here's the TF 2 pic, slightly resized and cropped.
One or two more votes and we can run with it.

Support. The image illustrates the trope, is cognizable and not gory.
Mm. If you excuse me, I must go set my own city on fire. Count Selvan, Radiant HistoriaFor the love of god, add * to the end of that caption.
Ooookay...why?
It's the dialogue exchange from the video. The Medic opens the fridge door to find a Mega-Baboon heart, and the Spy's head is just sitting there. It nonchalantly says "Kill me." The Medic equally casually responds "Later." and shuts the door.
Edited the caption; how's it look?
Hotttip looks silly and is not needed IMHO. It brings nothing. Not counting that if you've never seen the video, it's just confusing (what medic?).

Let's wrap this; the TF 2 pic is up, potholed, and captioned; I took off the hottip. Locking up.
Wouldn’t it better illustrate the absurdity of the trope to show a character of a species that logically shouldn’t be alive after a beheading? As is explained on the trope page, this trope is most likely justified for robots, like Sentinel Prime.
