Yeah, the only point of going to space is if they pull Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann level shit and have Bayonetta start using galaxies as shuriken. Especially if they go all the way and bring it up to Lagann-hen levels with an attack that destroys then restarts the universe.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!I don't know.
We saw Kirby take down Majin Buu on Death Battle. Don't count the little guy out.
Maybe the next Panzer Dragoon stage will feature her blasting through asteroids and comets. Although, Asura's Wrath beat them there with Asura "plummeting" towards Gohma Vlitra.

Akira Toriyama (April 5 1955 - March 1, 2024).I think Kirby is crazy overrated powerwise but I've never played a Kirby game proper, just Smash bros where he seems outclassed even then.
He's at his best when he has the holy macguffin weapon of the week.
Otherwise, he's powerful, but not, say, DBZ-level powerful. In Nintendo franchise terms, I'd say his power scale is more powerful than Mario, but less powerful than Metroid or Kid Icarus.
I have a message from another time...Smash Bros isn't a good indicator of strength since you have stuff like Samus being a stronger contender OUTSIDE of her Powered Armor.
It can help flesh out some characters that aren't usually seen in hand-to-hand combat (Captain Falcon, Fox...) but nothing more.
It does show off a characters' abilities somewhat though, although yeah it's not entirely accurate and competitive tiers of course don't really matter.
Like think Mewtwo would beat Kirby but get turned into a cheshire puss by Bayonetta.

Asura would definitely win. Powerlevels are so arbitrary in his game that few, if any, game characters would stand a chance.
Dante? It depends: DMC 1 or 3 Dante would lose for sure; DMC 2 or 4 Dante haven't fought anything nearly as powerful as what Bayo has gone up against, but they're so overpowered in their respective games that they don't even need to try very hard.

Umbran Climax◊Bayonetta also has a lot of potential one-hit kill moves in the form of her torture attacks so that's another thing she has going for her.
Kirby could probably just punch her and win.
He split Popstar in half by punching it in a Kirby Super Star mini game. In the same game, he punches out Marx so hard, he crashes into the Galactic Nova ( A comet that makes Popstar, the size of our earth, look tiny) and shatters it into space junk....
Watch SymphogearOnly with his Fighter power and a lot of windup. And Pop Star's mass is debatable.
And isn't Nova held together by magic more than by mass?

I have a message from another time...I seriously doubt Kirby's or Asura's capability of downing Bayonetta.
Asura has the same problem Kratos has; all brute force and no finesse. Bayonetta would read him like a book. And when Bayonetta dodges, she counters HARD. Asura is also not known for being very good at keeping his eight limbs attached to his body.
Kirby's disadvantages are more mundane. Speed, reach and skill are simply things he doesn't have. (He is a baby!)
Kirby can also eat her which would kill her instantly.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!Several creatures try to do that to Bayonetta in game, Madame Butterfly always pries their mouth away.
...
Given the size discrepancies we're dealing with here that would be a really brutal intervention.
Yes but the other enemies are more traditional in their eating while Kirby is just a vacuum. He also doesn't have to chew.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!Insidious is both these things.
Kirby's only a baby in the anime, which was purposely made to be as different from the games (while retaining their charm) as possible.
If Kirby was able to copy Bayonetta, then it'd probably end in a stalemate between the two of them (assuming the limits of his abilities that Smash gave him weren't in effect).
As for Dante vs Bayo, I believe Kamiya himself mentioned it back in an interview during the first game's time in the limelight, and he basically said that Dante would either be the one to lose that fight or they both wouldn't actually fight each other should they meet. I forget which.
Not that it matters, I always found hypothetical "which fictional characters from various universes would win?" debates to be largely unappealing to me, since it basically only works if you induce specific conditions on the "contestants" (like what power level such-and-such is at, whether or not they have their Infinity +1 Sword or 11th-Hour Superpower active, and so on). It's hard for me to see the Just for Fun appeal of it...
Bringing it back to Bayo 2, I've been hearing that Loki (the kid I think) is a Scrappy. Is he? I actually liked what I saw of him in the trailers and was hoping he'd be a decent addition to the series.
And is the Bayonetta movie included with the game?

And the vacuum attack is an OHKO in Bayonetta 2, if Bayo's been shrunk down anyway.
Now i have all of the angelic LPs except for Ehrkorlig (however that's spelled, it's the last two-piece)
He did say that but Kamiya only worked on the first game and Bayonetta never references any of the later games so this is a case where I would ignore Word of God.
Especially considering how, in Devil May Cry 2, Dante is not only roughly more powerful than Mundus, the ruler of Hell, while in his human form, he also has the Majin Devil Trigger which can do things like move at the speed of light according to the lore.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!Loki is fine from my experience. Although I have the sneaking suspicion they just added him so people would stop drawing fanart of Bayonetta as the submissive.
Bloody Fate isn't included... What, two games isn't good enough for you?
I've never played more than a couple levels of DMC2 (because it's garbage), so does anyone have any videos of Majin Devil Trigger because it's apparently super broken and I want to see it.
I found Loki and Bayonetta's banter to be some of the more interesting parts of the game really
(x7)Rodin also has a OHKO move where he bangs Bayonetta with Shun Goku Satsu. Sex, ironically enough, seems to be her kryptonite.
Akira Toriyama (April 5 1955 - March 1, 2024).... That's seriously a thing?
Yeah, I don't see this game making the jump to space any time soon.
Mostly because that'd be been-there-done-that. Remember when Bayo and Jeanne punched a god's soul into the sun from the vicinity of Pluto and then destroyed its body during re-entry to Earth?
I have a message from another time...
