The Talmud has a better article because it has fewer potential contributors. Too many cooks and all that.

What he said.
And better than thy stroke; why swellest thou then?I'm not sure what the question is here...
I am now known as Flyboy.Do it; it's fun.
Do what? I'm confused!
I am now known as Flyboy. If you want to be controversial just pretend to be as conservative as you possibly can, that'll get everyone to either hate you or love you.
I spread my wings and I learn how to fly....Honestly it's because the religion most people hate (if they hate any religion) is Christianity because it's so common and they evangelize. When's the last time you saw a Jewish person trying to convert you?
Judism doesn't even BELIEVE in trying to convert others, probably because they don't believe that nonbelievers go to hell, so there's no incentive to 'save' them.

"You fail to grasp the basic principles of mad science. Common sense would be cheating." - NarbonicUm, they don't believe in proselytizing because their culture is a very insular one. There is an ethnic component to the covenant that Jews believe in, so there is no point in bringing outsiders into the fold.
And better than thy stroke; why swellest thou then?I don't understand the question/point of discussion here, either. If it's simply why there's less Edit Warring, then Post # 2 nailed it. If you're trying to proselytize Judaism (which, now that you mention it, is exceedingly rare to the point of nonexistent, actually), then...well, there's not much to discuss, right? People will just decide to take up your offer or not.
"War doesn't prove who's right, only who's left." "Every saint has a past, every sinner has a future."Wait, how'd we get on the Jews?
"I think a bigger reason is that relative to Islam and Christianity, Judaism doesn't seem to have much in the way of extremists using it as an excuse to be obnoxious or do crazy shit to outsiders."
What, you mean like Zionism?

And better than thy stroke; why swellest thou then?I was going to go with Jews in general, but yes, Zionisim would be much more curate.
Umm... Judaism has a lot oif room for extremeism. The whole "Jews are the chosen race" thing.
If you don't like a single Frank Ocean song, you have no soul.Obviously as a Jew I've met lots of other Jews, and even though we consider ourselves "the chosen people", that doesn't mean we think we're better than anyone else. In fact, I don't think I've ever met a Jewish supremacist, outside of the occasional Christian who says he thinks the Jews are SOOOOOOO KEWL AND SPESHUL and by the way worship Jesus now plz kthx bai.
(Although such organizations do exist, they seem to have a greater emphasis on racism against Arabs than they do about Jewish supremacy. Here is the Southern Poverty Law Center's list of hate organizations. There are only two Jewish supremacist organizations on that list: Jewish Defense League and Jewish Task Force.

Would you kindly click my dragons? No you cannot. Stop that.
From what I understand. Being Chosen is less, "We're better than you!" And more "God is giving us more hell if we do something wrong than when you do something."
Well to reiterate the questions to those who didn't get them:
Why is The Quran the shortest article out of the three Holy Books on this wiki?
Has any Goy person in here really read the Talmud? (I did)
And yes i'm mostly talking about Zionism. And about extremism, ask about any Zionist about what they consider "not extreme". I live in a country where Jewish defense leagues will come down on any Goy person that ever says anything unflattering about Israel or Jews, no matter how true the statement may be.
Dude, where the fuck do you live?
In my experience, about 90% of the people who complain about Jews threatening "dissenters" into silence really are closet antisemites themselves. I'm not saying you are (hey, you could be one of the 10%), but you're coming across as if you think the reason you can't edit the Talmud page on TV Tropes is because t3h j00z want to censor all "opposing viewpoints."
"Why is The Quran the shortest article out of the three Holy Books on this wiki?"
Probably because there are not as many Muslims on this site, and also because people in general know less about Islam than other religions.
"Has any Goy person in here really read the Talmud? (I did)"
Then you've just answered your own question. What is this thread for?

Would you kindly click my dragons?Way to threaten dissenters into silence.
Currently taking a break from the site. See my user page for more information.
.... please?
I know we're all here to drown in our own little dreamworld and indulge in our pleasures but there's something I've noticed.
I don't want to start a war or anything but I just found it interesting that out of all trope pages concerning Abrahamic religions books The Bible is locked out for Edit Warring over its legitimacy, damages and stuff, The Quran is more of a stub than anything else... but The Talmud is "explained" in a long article and is free of Edit Wars. Why do you think that is?
And another question, how many Goyim have actually READ The Talmud? Well, I did.
And I won't go any further than saying that instead of bashing The Bible (vastly hijacked by many pseudo-ministers) and The Quran (who most non-Muslims don't know shit about), it might be better to read the one that is almost never talked about because mentioning its name when you're Goyim is "anti-Semitic".
