Zeboyd Games is officially awesome now.
Apocalypse: Dirge Of Swans.Thank you based God.
I was hoping for the same art style. (sigh)
Jonah FalconFinally. My boycott of PA may finally be coming to and end.
Though I wonder if they will still alow you to create your own protagonist this time. Carrying over old saves seems out of the question too. Not that either is really matters as a far as gameplay goes, but I kinda liked my blonde bespectacled 1920's liberated wonman with a chip on a shoulder and a Rake Of Death in her hands. Be hard to get that across in sprite form.
Hope they keep the timed hits though, Mario RPG style.

...Today's gonna be a good day after all. Not so sure about the whole retro-graphics thing, since I rather liked the 3D comic feel of the first two games, but hey, more Precipice of Darkness is always great.
I guess we could go... wherever we please.Have you played Cthulhu Saves The World?
Jonah Falcon^^^
Loading inevitable joke...
Joke loaded.
In other news, the Devil has been spotted buying a wintercoat and pigs around the world started developing avian features.

I have indeed. Is that the team that is making the new Precipice of Darkness game?
Scratch everything I said about having doubts, this is going to be awesome.
I guess we could go... wherever we please.Yep. Zeboyd is developing the game. I'll be at PAX East to check it out.
Jonah FalconOooh, we should start a PAX East troper thread. I'm going, too, and I will be checking this out.
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"And DLC released, apparently? Free DLC.
It seems to be the bonus dungeon hinted at in the main game, but if so then it's rather short. And easy. I spent more time looking up all my abilities that I'd forgotten than I did clearing the dungeon.

Wait, the game's out already?

The New Age of Awesome is here! Not even the sky is the limit!Episode three has been out for months now.
That looks suspiciously like an old-gen Final Fantasy title. Which is a Good Thing, 8-)
Somehow I managed to completely forget that the previous game ended on a cliffhanger.
I've been playing it for the last couple of hours... It's a lot of fun, although I do miss my character from the last two games. I wonder if they're going to keep this art style and gameplay for the next one.

You need an adult.I just finished OtRSPoD4. It's quite an intriguing premise, with lots of slashing and tearing at the Fourth Wall. In particular, we find out why the Lemony Narrator from way back in the first game was, well, lemony, we find out why Gabe can punch gods to death, and we find out what Tycho has really been up to all this time.
Oh, and there's a surprisingly heartwarming ending. (major spoiler warning!) Anne-Claire was tucked away by Tycho in a pocket dimension so that, once the world ended, she could preside over its rebirth. She does.

Wow, out of all the Steam games I've bought, Penny Arcade and Cthulu/Breath were some of my least regrettable purchases. I told myself no more Steam games ever after having gone, uh, a little overboard, but I'll probably make an exception for this.
