I know this topic is old, but I want to mention a couple.
Arnie and Christine (The Big Bad Duumvirate or The Dragon / Big Bad of the novel and movie "Christine").
Each of them two is psychotically in love with the other.
They're a shortish Yuri manga called LOVE / DEATH which is hilarious in how Yandere the two lead girls are for each other.
Pretty much every chapter is them almost killing each other over perceived slights.

ok, that needs to be animated.
Bernkastel and Lambdadelta deserve at least a mention. 
And since they are both metaphysical and pretty much immortal beings with nigh-godly powers, their lover's quarels can be quite… epic.
Otherwise, there was that series where twins fell for the same guy and were both yandere for him in their own way… forgot the name, though. :x
