Apparently, Stephen isn't joking about Larry King having been married eight times.

I never would have guessed that Newt Gingrich has a sense of humor.

[up][up][up] I haven't seen it yet, but I wouldn't be surprised. The fault against Gingrich during the primaries was that he was kind of a loon, not that he was offensive. Now if it was Perry...

Agreed. He was actually pretty quick with retorts to Colbert's banter as well.

So is Stephen a Chick Magnet for female 70s icons? First Jane Fonda, now Dolly Parton.

Stephen was so flustered by Dolly Parton. It was adorable.

Stephen: "Do Muppets have sex?"

Frank Oz: "What?!"

I'm amazed at how similar Oz's natural speaking voice is to the voice he uses for Yoda.

Seeing Frank Oz himself was cool.

I cannot unsee Colbert imagined as an Olsen twin, however. :S

I don't like the moon dictating the tides. Who's the moon to tell America when its tides should come and go? The moon poses a threat to American sovereignty. It's time to fight back against this lunar menace!

I had hoped that Colbert finally denouncing O'Reilly would be more spectacular. A huge, several minute long rant declaring how he is going to utterly destroy O'Reilly, that's what I always wanted.

It's Peter Jackson in Middle Earth again. Even if it's not as good as LotR, it will still be a very, very good movie.
