Don't forget Death The Kid, The Anal-Retentive Elf XD
Also (just throwing this out here), you might want to give Birdy The Mighty: DECODE a try.

I've got new mythological machinery, and very handsome supernatural scenery. Goodfae: a mafia web serialI meant episodes that focused on Black Star. Tsubaki is capable of distracting me from him.
"Contests fought between two masters are decided instantly. An invisible battle is now raging between the two of them." Lulu vs SchneizelYeah, I know. All I'm saying is that Kid made Black Star bearable for me.

Seinen, not Shonen. You can usually count on Naoki Urasawa stuff being Seinen.
Seinen and shonen are similar enough that I don't give a shit.
Seriously though, Pluto is a great read that puts an interesting spin on a pre-existing world.
Yay, you be watching TWGOK :D
Oh, there's also Bakuman, which I mentioned in my first post in the thread but for some reason didn't recommend.. That's a Shonen, but it isn't a battle manga, its a slice-of-life. No Fantasy, no upgrades, no dumb hero, blablabalbal. Its made by the creators of Deathnote.
It's a manga in Shonen Jump about two kids wanting to make a manga in Shonen Jump that gets turned into an anime when the manga itself has an anime currently going for a second season (Guess where I got that sentence from e_e). I don't know what about it makes me like it so much, but its really interesting and really entertaining. Maybe because its about, well, making manga, something people that actually /read/ manga don't know much about.

Please read Pokemon Special. Really really good.
iM@S archive of materials.Anyone mentioned Hayate The Combat Butler yet?
Mx0 may have been Too Good to Last, but it was still a very fun series in its time. I recommend it regardless of its ending.
Blood Plus, Cowboy Bepop, Angel Beats and Claymore.
Only Claymore is a shonen series. Those other 3 you mentioned are seinen series.
Bepop?
Always, somewhere, someone is fighting for you. As long as you remember them, you are not alone. As Nintendo Nate 25 said, bebop isn't Shonen, it's Seinen. A lot of the stuff emntioned on this thread is Seinen, actually. Fairytail is a good shonen, if someone hasn't mentioned it yet.

SPATULA, Supporters of Page Altering To Urgently Lead to Amelioration (supports not going through TRS for tweaks and minor improvements.)Fullmetal Alchemist, Eden no Ori, The World God Only Knows, and Mirai Nikki.
Oh, by the way, try Berserk as well. It's a light-hearted comedy shonen that's totally not a borderline pornographic and bloody senien that is about as fucked up as an asylum full of mentally deranged assasins.
If you wanna PM me, send it to my mrsunshinesprinkles account; this one is blorked.Ironic, as Berserk originally WAS going to be a rather dark shonen, but had to move to Seinen magazine for being too dark.
Watch SymphogearWell, it certainly let Kentaro Miura go wild!

I wanna grind his face against a sand belt, but Tsubaki is likeable enough to save most of his scenes
