That episode was simply amazing. Hilarious and fanservice-y and unbridled awesome.

Just dropping in to say that I really hope Jin survived.

I'm hoping for the same. They treated his "death" incredibly casually for someone in the OP and the "last son of Altair," and we're not even half-way through the series. Plus, we didn't see any reaction from his superior, so what he says this week will probably be relevant to this issue. In Genesis of Aquarion the death of Jin's equivalent was pretty dark and late game-changer, setting up the last few episodes.

However, I really can't see any plausible way for him to have escaped a huge explosion like that. That said, I would not be surprised in the slightest if he DID survive, because of the lighthearted tone of the series.

Also, if he dies, we'll be stuck be left with all of three villains who aren't utterly irrelevant mooks. And two of them will probably stick on the sidelines until game-changing event.

I agree that he probably hasn't died. That said, is it really that early to start working through our stack of villains? I doubt that Altair alone will remain the primary threat for too much longer.

Andy got horribly short changed. There absolutely nothing fair about Amata swooping in and stealing the spotlight from him like that. Even if it was the result of a Heroic Sacrifice that would've killed him in a more bloodthirsty show.

well, not completely. One, he was still technically part of the union courtesy of Mikono's Connect power. Not to mention it seems pretty damned obvuious Andy and Mix are an item now. Which for Andy is about a big a win as he could ever hope for

Seriously, Aquarion Evol makes me so ridicilously happy. An entire episode of hole puns and stretched hole metaphors, DOES IT GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS?

Probably. Because last episode was won by the power of nudity! (almost as awesome as that thing in Star Driver where Takuto won because his opponent was too busy looking at him naked)

Andy did gattai though. Mikono's power allowed him to do a four way gattai with her, MIX, and Amata.

I believe the best way to troll Aquarion is to be perfectly serious about it and Kawamori will troll for us.
