Wendee Lee is a voice actor who can be full of Narm at times. Take Fear Effect 2. Almost every time her character Hana yelled or expressed strong emotion, it came off as rather Narmy. Just listening to her crying out "Rain! Rain!" makes me want to laugh. Maybe it's because it reminds me a little too much of the song "Rain, rain, go away! Come again another day!" Oh, there's also the bad ending where Hana shoots Rain instead of Mist. Hana, realizing her mistake, cries out "Rain!" and lets out what's supposed to be a cry of anguish. Unfortunately, it comes off sounding a little silly. I hate to say it, but Elyse Dinh, who voiced Hana in the first Fear Effect, does a better job than Wendee Lee when it comes to avoiding Narm.
