ITT people have no idea how the internet works
Check out my crappy internet band.A person bullied on my internet? It's more likely than you'd think.
But seriously, it was just 4chan being dicks. Does this even deserve a topic?
"Delenda est." "Furthermore, Carthage must be destroyed." -Common Roman saying at the end of speeches.Yes, it does, because people honestly believed she deserved it.
They call themselves seamstresses -Feet Of ClayNot really, unless the topic title happens to be the title of some internet miniseries or website or fanfic or something.
Fanfiction I hate.
People are jackasses. If you want to discuss the philosophy behind it, it probably should be in OTC or something like that. I'll stop backseat modding now though.
One thing that this little tale really points out is how badly most of society understands the internet. Considering how fast it's growing, we really should make people aware of the fact that the internet is not some special, cordoned-off area seperate from reality. You can, and will, effect peoples lives with what you do on it.

"Delenda est." "Furthermore, Carthage must be destroyed." -Common Roman saying at the end of speeches.Hey, what's it like in 2010?
I haven't heard of this before now, but I can't really say I'm surprised.
People get bullied on the Internet. Film at eleven.
This is TV Tropes, not ABC Family. No one really cares. If you're getting bullied on the Internet, get the fuck off the Internet. Or at least try and get some new goddamn friends.

Always, somewhere, someone is fighting for you. As long as you remember them, you are not alone. The internet uses a perverse sense of self-righteousness to justify its barely-concealed sadism. This is not new.
Kill all math nerdsTo be fair, she did kinda bring it upon herself.

"badass" doesn't anything in after used end fail be fine.In further news, falling from a height hurts, not breathing makes you die, water is extraordinarily moist...
Don't you try anything, you baked good you.Fire is hot...
To Be Updated when I'm not LazyAh yes, that too. Did you know that ice, strangely, is cold?
Don't you try anything, you baked good you. Also, apparently the sky is blue.
Now seriously, I don't want to be a jerk about this, since cyber-bullying is in fact an issue, but at any rate, shoudn't this thread be discussed on OTC?
I can't have you close, so I become a ghost and I watch you, I watch you. This is a video of said defenseless sweet little girl telling people on the internet that she'll "pop a Glock in your mouth and make a brain slushie."
Mm. Brain...
Don't you try anything, you baked good you.Defenseless my arse. She's breaking laws and threatening to put a cap in people's asses.
This is not how you react to trolling. REBECCA BLACK IS DOING IT BETTER.
To Be Updated when I'm not LazyShe was on 4Chan, and they repeatedly bullied her because she is eleven. Those idiotic videos were a defense mechanism. A little girl saying stupid things is NOT a justification for the crap she went through.
They call themselves seamstresses -Feet Of ClayShe fed the trolls.
Fanfiction I hate.At least it taught her not to act like a prick towards people. Besides, this was ages ago, why bring it up now?
Don't look away. You'll only make him angrier.Because it's injustice. People shouldn't have to adjust just because people online are douchebags. People online should be the ones to change.
They call themselves seamstresses -Feet Of ClayOr you could be intelligent, not fed the trolls (hence no brain slushies) or go to a site like Tropes where the denizens aren't you know... GOONS AND /B/TARDS.
To Be Updated when I'm not LazyBut they won't change. The world has injust things happen, and to be fair, she brought it upon herself, despite the disproportinate retribution.
If someone acted like she did in public, pretty much everyone would hate the crap out of her anyways. The only reason the response was so huge was because she was acting like that in front of more people.
