It happened fast and it was too gruesome to be a random attack, so whoever did it was surely waiting for them. He had quite a reputation for being a bragger. Still, i can't say he had to go down that way.

Only saw him twice actually, In a enterview with Vladimir and in the aasembly not to long ago, and was enough for me to hate him. But I agree, he didn't need to die that way.
Where did you read that the woman who died in the incident too was his wife? Every news I found about this just mentions her as assistant, miss, lady, etc...
I never paid much attention to the guy, but heavens, a quick Google search is more than enough to curl in disgust, he's the representation of the thuggish side of the PSUV, at least in rethoric. Also he's the guy in that creepy photo with armed schoolchildren.
Though yeah, assuming that was the extent of it, he shouldn't have ended up that way. He should've gone down like Mario Silva instead.
