I've noticed this trope is without an image. It seems well written, and compliments the other "fake" tropes well. The way I see it, we generally have two options for picking an image:

- One exploit and/or workaround, regardless of the fact it will demonstrate only one of the two subsets.

- A split image displaying True Fake Skill, and Alternative Skill respectively.

As for things that can go in the images:

- Infinite flutter in Super Mario Galaxy 2

- Any Sequence Breaking from the Metroid games, especially the common tricks like infinite bomb jump.

- Mario Standing on top of the castle in Super Mario 64 with less then 120 stars (which was impossible normally).

- Any short cuts involving a Minus World.

- Rock Cyclops, I mean, Yellow Devil from Megaman with the words "Pause-owned" over it (not a screenshot, but hey....)

Thoughts?

In the end, nothing matters, or mattered. So endulge yourself now, your legacy means nothing when humans are extinct.

Samus shooting the Ice Beam at Flaahgra in Metroid Prime. It involves one of the hardest Sequence Breaks in the history of gaming.

Hella hard to picture.

Just from text: I don't know those jumps are infinte. I don't know what's the deal with the castle. I don't know the sequence that was broken. Etc.

Could a screenshot of the dictionary definition of "Placebo" count? It's sort of a Real Life example.

I have no idea how we'd go about making a pic for this.
