The point of the trope isn't so much that the company is evil as that it's big and runs other, smaller companies out of business. They can be evil, and often are (or at least Not Nice People), but they don't have to. A name without the word "evil" or similar would be best.
Monopoly Mart sounds good.

Not fond of Monopoly Mart because it sounds more like some place that sells monopolies than has one. I'd prefer something like Mega Mart or Invading Big Box Store.

I don't really like Monopoly Mart, it reminds me too much of the boardgame, which really isn't what the trope is about.

I like Predatory Business a lot. It's very evocative. Also, it's a pre-existing term for this trope:
