Spoiler tags don't carry across hard line breaks. You have to individually spoiler each paragraph.
But I don't see the need to spoiler tag that at all. It's on a WMG page. The "W" is short for "wild"

Entry 10 (having to do with whether a particular character even exists) is not hidden behind the spoiler tags that are present. I wasn't the OP on that one, but tried to figure out what was wrong with the markup and couldn't. Does anyone know how to fix that one?
