Appearance......errr.....go on google and search for command and conquer.
Weapons and skills: Kane is a Chess Master, knowing each of his assets for their true worth and manipulating them accordingly, he is shown to be able to handle firearms as he was very involved in pretty much every war the planet had been through. I am going to give him a laser pistol if that is alright.
Bio: Kane is almost immortal, almost because he came near to being killed when he was impaled and ion cannoned by Mc Neal during the second Tid war. He is charasmatic and a propaganda expert, know what the people need to get hyped up on. as an experience military leader, he manipulates his assets as he sees fit; inculding the people around him. He hates two things: Surprise and Betrayal, he has been betrayed many times with bad consequences(for both him and the traitors) Kane has only been surprised twice, once by Seth his second in command and once by Alexa, a trusted personel.
