Did you say payload upward? I'd clone myself nine times over to play every class on that map. I love it. I can pretty much dominate as any class on that map. It's got everything I love about maps.

I'm not sure I'll be coming to this week's match. I've got an exam the next day and a take-home test is due the day after that.

I'm not even on the team, and I know it's exam season. What timing, huh?

Speaking of which, anyone who wants to join the team for the tournament has to register before Sunday when the rosters are all locked.

I'll try to get a friend of mine to register for the team so we have backups if we need.

I know it involves sending the team leader, Xiphon III (who goes by Wintermute on Steam now), your Steam ID, but I don't even remember how to do that anymore (just the URL of your Steam page is not to be mistaken for your ID).

I'm Heavy by the way.

We have 13 players registered, which leaves room for five more. Functionally, it's six, because at least one person (Rocket Runner) has basically confirmed he won't be playing.

How do I find my steam ID?

Steam > Community > Click on your own profile thumbnail. Even easier when you have display URL option enabled.

Actually, just go to the above page and request to join the team. I'll add you.

Okay, so how do I request to join then?

First you must login through steam open id, then if you do not have problem login in through steam go to your page you go to manage roster, join a new team roster and click join a team. Then search for our team, Tropers, our team id is 3965.

"Steam did not properly identify your player ID , please try again."

Then that pageyou mentioned won't load at all.

Yeah, I have problems login through steam but to get around that I open a game and use the steam browser which is already logged into steam to log into the ugcleague page.

How do you get there through steam?

Open a steam game with steam comunity enabled, press shift+tab (default combination) and in the bottom there should be writen browser or something like that, click it and a browser will open. Then go to ugcleague.com an press sign in through steam, because you are using the steam browser it will already be logged in the steam open id so you should just need to press the login button.
