Exactly, and Betsy got good feedback in tv tropes.
So yeah, I'd say that in itself is an accomplishment.
Read my stories! Before I leave this topic (hopefully), I would say that the best thing I took away from the Shonen Project was the Google Docs critique system.
Although I already used it for school, the Shonen Project made me fond of the peer editing element of it. I went on to convince some classmates to use Google Docs, share it to critiquers, and have them leave comments. Once I get my act straight with Manifestation Files, Google Docs will be the place for my beta readers. *

I still think there is hope for collab projects on this site, story collabs seem to be the hardest to work with though.
Rarely active, try DA/Tumblr Avatar by pippanaffie.deviantart.comI think if we have another one, one of the very first things in the OP is asking everybody what days they're available, what days they're not available so that we can have regularly scheduled writing times.
I think it might be a good idea to have one writer and lots of people generating material for them to write about.
Chapters should have hard-fast due dates.

I can tell you that they aren't here. As has been mentioned (or complained about) by many people in the past, Writer's Block is not exactly good for getting feedback on your works.
