Yeah, I believe he did the music, and his face was used as the main character's face. Correct me if I'm wrong.
All I remember was that the main gameplay involved possessing others' bodies in order to unravel some kind of conspiracy. Could be wrong, though.

He's an important character, but the "Main Character" is the player, who Body Surfs throughout the course of the game.
Played it a couple of years ago, and it's actually pretty good. It actually had the massive, explorable city thing going before Grand Theft Auto 3.

In game design class, I saw a video of the Narmtastic beginning (start at 2:25 here
.) It was followed by videos of the beginning of Fahrenheit and a scene in Heavy Rain, to make a point about how Quantic Dream was slowly learning from its mistakes.
This game is before Fahrenheit and Heavy Rain. What do you want to say about it?
