The idea to be able to do what whatever you may want as long as it isn't against the given law or does interfere with other people.

Now obviously that skips over the muddy problems of the limits of impinging on someone elses freedom, but as a dictionary definition, it would serve- albeit in an overly complex manner.

Freedom is the god-given right to enslave your pets to death, while controlling restraints on liberty and making the correct choice with your freewill about your ability to die. It's also about the opportunity to be a prisoner of choice, while being free to make that decision.

Seriously though, it is something that's quite unequal, seeing as only those with enough money can have enough of it to matter.
