It was later retconned she'd been possessed by an entity called the Life Force when she did that.
Composite Shredder it is.

So I guess they really are using all the Shredders are a composite.
Not that I doubted it, but still.

Is this another part of pony friendship? Telling each other what you learned all the time?I mean I guess besides some of the freakier Alien stuff of the 2003 incarnation, one Shredder could probably accomplish the feats the other Shredders can do.
I get the feeling they will use a "human" Shredder as a baseline, but likely include gear and feats for Utrom Shredder (Tengu Sword for example).
Yeah, I am having the same feeling as well.
Continue the bloodline, Fujimaru!Well then. Get rekt Silver Samurai. Probably. Comics being comics, he probably cut Jupiter in half once and could easily defeat the Shredder while blind-folded.

Shredder also has comic appearances. And the TMNT Archie comics get insane.
But honestly, Utrom Shredder alone gives The Silver Samurai one heck of a fight. Though I'm not the biggest Silver Samurai fan so can't say I know every insane thing he's done.
I know that the comics will do him more justice as a badass than the Saturday Morning cartoon will, so I'm actually more interested in seeing how this will turn out.
Is this another part of pony friendship? Telling each other what you learned all the time?I mean, for his bumblingness, the 80s cartoon does have him (in the clips they showed), punching a thick tree branch effortlessly, lifting and slicing a punching bag with no effort. So, ya know, Uncle Phil Shredder's still got some talent.
That's far earlier in his existence before the Villain Decay that's endemic of Saturday Morning Cartoons (damn do I miss that) kicked in.
One Strip! One Strip!I know, but for DB's purpose that doesn't matter.
Damn it, Boomstick. Now I can't unsee Shredder as a walking cheese grater.
Didn't comics Shredder die immediately?
Edit: Oh, there's an Archie series too.

"The difference between reality and fiction is that fiction has to make sense." - Tom Clancy, paraphrasing Mark Twain.Yes he does.
Then there's a clone of him made from space worms.
Coz Comics.
And yes, There's many different TMNT comics.

There was an Archie series. Archie is just Archie now. No TMNT. No Mega Man. No Sonic. No happiness.
Yeah, IDW currently has the license to TMNT comics.
So
Gilgamesh from Fate fights Gilgamesh from Final Fantasy
who wins?
"There's not a girl alive who wouldn't be happy being called cute." ~Tamamo-no-MaeThe one true Gilgamesh of course.
Let's see if you can get past my Beelzemon. Mephiles, WARP SHINKA!Isn't one of Fate!Gilgamesh's main attacks spawning a whole bunch of weapons out of thin air and burying his opponent in them?
Because I can totally see FF!Gilgamesh getting distracted by that, trying to see if one of those weapons is the real Excalibur.
Goldie's main weakness is that he relies on raw power over actual skill, which is why Shirou was able to best him in a one-on-one swordfight. If Gil gets too arrogant (which is likely) and doesn't Gate of Babylon FF!Gilgamesh into submission, then I could actually see Four-Arms beating him in a swordfight. Otherwise, FF!Gil has no chance.
For the record, this is Gyro and one of his steel balls.
