That was... wow. I really want to know how they made that cooked corpse, that was so cool looking.

Also I really hope Kyle does a full piece on the Lego Movie, that seems to be right up his alley. Plus, you know, more people talking about the Lego Movie.

Despite my screen-name, ranting to you about One Piece is not my top priority.

If anything, I doubt he's going to cover any recent releases unless he decides to make a vlog.

A Between the Lines of it could be interesting.

Saw the review, that wasn't as bad as I was expecting, if only because I was expecting it to be disgusting throughout, not suddenly at the end.

Why would he eat the corpse if he'd just get shot anyway?

Oh, man. Everyone made the ending out to be super-disgusting and I was seriously bracing myself, but the vomit's mostly done via discretion shot and what little we see is this weird freakish white color that makes it obvious he's not really vomiting.

Maybe you'd be less disappointed if you stopped expecting things to be Carmen Sandiego movies.

[up][up]I know, but what I meant was why would HE do it if he's going to die either way.

Because he is a coward, and he was willing to do anything to delay dying, even if only for moments.

Eh, better to die with some dignity than no dignity at all. Guess I'd have to see the movie to see if he'd really stoop that low.

Psst! Next episode is going to be Spring Breakers.

As a corollary to the director's habit of throwing all the current pop-culture in a blender, there was a shot of one of the girls watching My Little Pony Friendship is Magic. In a better movie there'd be a point to that, perhaps maybe a moment of recognition that the girls shouldn't be treated as if they're interchangeable, that they all are different from each-other. Or maybe a consideration of non-violent means to solve their problems for once. But nope I'm guessing the director threw that in because "ponies are popular right?"

I think we're giving Corinne too much credit here. I think it just happened to be on TV at the time.

It was on a laptop. And I 'm not giving him credit. The ponies are pointless.

Never understood the appeal of Korine. He just shoots something without giving a rat's ass about consequences or interpretations, regardless of being his interpretations or someone else's.

Also, I know those were jokes, but, is Florida really that bad?

I visit there for a week every year and it's not that bad. Then again I stay with the retirees, but then again said retirees want to stay there half the year despite one of them being Democrat.

[up][up] At least Von Trier and Vinterberg did some good stuff.

[up]I assume the retirees are usually ok, since they're not being really bothered by others.

I wonder, has Kyle seen Movie Bob's review of Sprink Breakers at all? He took a pretty wildly different interpretation of it, and it's interesting to see how they differ.

Link for the curious.

I often wondering if Albus's alleged leg scar that is a perfect map of the London Underground would ever be referenced or used again...
