Teen Titans. A villain called Mumbo Jumbo turned most of the characters into animals. Beast Boy kept shifting back, so he wound up getting turned into various inanimate objects, including a phone booth.

there was one scene from one of the nightmare on elm street films where freddy talked and licked through a phone, some ghost movie or another did a similar situation where they could only talk if the phone was unpluged.
Also, would charlie's angels count?

Anyone know anything which features a talking phone at some stage or a main character disguising him/herself as a phone? Preferably asides from that phone toy in Toy Story 3.
