Fafnir: Oh, er, hey, how're you doing?

Samus: A bit tired. I've been researching.

What have you been researching, Commander?

Samus: Ways to travel between dimensions.

Pluto: Oh? Are you planning something?

Samus: Somewhat.

Serenity : I kind of already do that.

Samus: Apparently we're going somewhere deeper than you're used to. Or something. At least according to Ystin.

Chuck: "Maybe we could build that device from Sliders and use it..."

Samus: Wasn't the main problem the characters in that show had with said device being that they couldn't control where they traveled to?

Chuck: "Well yeah, that's something we'd have to fix in our version."

@Chuck Albert: What's "Sliders"?

Samus: Well, okay then. Let's put it up on the planning chart. It's at least a simple concept to get behind.

(@Albert)Chuck: "It's a TV show about a bunch of people who travel to alternate realities with a fancy box, except they can't control to WHAT realities they go and are desperately trying to get to their home dimension again."

Liman: Isn't that...unsafe?

Chuck: "Pfff, unsafe, schmunsafe. I'm sure we can work out a way to do that with minimal casualties."

Better to have no casualties...maybe except Donna.

Chuck: "That's what I said. Minimal casualties."

Pluto: ...Where are we going, exactly? And what makes it unique that it requires something other than our spaceship?
