Or do a deviantart search. Swear I saw a Fem!Ezio once.
It's not over. Not yet.I cannot play any of the games except the PSP one because my computer specs are not good enough and I lack the other systems for them. Hence why I was hoping that one had the possibility of being for PSP.
The naval gameplay makes me want to scream with joy. It looks incredibly immersive. I am already weeping for my computer's ability to run it, though.

"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"This is why I game on consoles.
Vita is already doing very poorly. Announcing a high profile title for its predecessor would probably literally kill it, at this point.
It occurred to me after watching the trailer a couple of times that Connor isn't just riding that horse in a suicidal charge at the British lines. You can clearly see him ducking to use it as cover against the volley of musket fire. Even Ezio was never that... well, casually pragmatic. It marks Connor as more savage than the other main characters we've seen so far, which is fitting given his heritage.
His voiceover at the start really emphasizes his Not in This for Your Revolution mentality — I like how he observes that, while the Colonials are fighting for freedom and liberty, it isn't his. He's a Native American and he knows what that means first hand.
I can see the institutionalized racism of the era playing a huge role in the plot. The colonists will beg him for help surviving in the winter wilderness, gladly watch him take down the British soldiers and commanders, but will never allow him to be one of them.

"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"HALF Native-American.
Long live Cinematech. FC:0259-0435-4987i am going to love and cherish my horse throughout the entire game :(
"Never let the truth get in the way of a good story." TwitterRight, so the racism will undoubtedly go both ways. He'll be marked as an outsider in both societies. It easily explains how he would fall in with the Assassins, who would not be so prejudiced. They'd be his only true family.

"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"Which would also explain the half-French half-African female Assassin for Liberation.
Long live Cinematech. FC:0259-0435-4987Desmond is quite a mongrel, isn't he? Persian, Italian, British, and Native American. I don't know anything about the plot of Liberation — are they implying that she's also Desmond's ancestor or is it a different Framing Device?
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"Different Framing device. Word right now is that Liberation is actually a piece of Templar propaganda about a failed rebellion.
Very big Daydream Believer. "That's not knowledge, that's a crapshoot!" -Al Murray "Welcome to QI" -Stephen FryWait, Templar propaganda?
that's what I heard.
Only a rumor, afaik.
Very big Daydream Believer. "That's not knowledge, that's a crapshoot!" -Al Murray "Welcome to QI" -Stephen Fryalso, am I the only one who noticed in the Frontier demo that, after you give the meat to the guy, there was the option to pick up an object?
Very big Daydream Believer. "That's not knowledge, that's a crapshoot!" -Al Murray "Welcome to QI" -Stephen FryI'm pretty sure the guy said something like, "Here, take this," after Connor gave him the meat. I was confused/surprised that the player didn't grab it. At least, I never saw any indication that he did.
I've never played an Assassin's Creed game (blasphemy right?) but I know the story and watched my brother play Assassin's Creed 2. I've been following the news on 3, and I've got to say, this game looks amazing and has pretty much convinced me to play the games for myself. I'm terrible at action-type games but 3 looks too awesome to ignore and I don't want to jump in without playing the others first.

The demo skipped over several interactive elements, apparently, including whatever the reward was for that mission.
I'm still intrigued by the control scheme. It looks like there will be right and left hand attack buttons, a generic "interact" button (O in the demo video), and a button to perform additional movement actions (X in the demo). Now that I think about it, it seems fairly similar to the scheme from the previous games, with "open hand" replaced by "offhand" and "head" and "legs" performing their traditional functions.
Ubisoft did say they'd be simplifying the multi-button triggers for things like free-running, though, so maybe we won't have to deal with High Profile+Legs+Move and similar combos. Maybe just a simple toggle between walking and free-running?
In the demo, Connor switched to his rope dart without the Weapon Wheel coming up, so there will still be hotkeys for those at least. The earlier demo did show the wheel.

"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"I was fine with the previous control scheme, so we'll see how good it is in time I suppose.
IGN is currently doing a feature on ACIII, if anyone wants to watch.
-Raises hand-
Oooh, oooh I do! Will they have anything we haven't seen though?
It's over now. They went through the demo that was shown in detail. And having a dev there meant that things could be explained.
For example, the ship? That's your ship. You can take it out whenever you want, once you have it.
I think I will name my ship Hagrid.
"Never let the truth get in the way of a good story." TwitterDid they say where and/or in what year the ship part takes place?
They better have ship customisation in this or I'm not getting it period.
"Ahoy matie! May I interest you in fancying this sea worthy beauty up?"

Just ask for Japanese artists on Pixiv to draw it! It's not like they don't do genderbending arts...
Give me cute or give me...something?
