Well...according to FF Wiki, Square Enix has actually confirmed that Cidolfus Demen Bunansa is officially the Cid of XII. And every other FF, as far as I know, has no more than one Cid, even Dissidia.

The rest of the playable characters (unless they have more than 2 per game) have been announced: Minwu, Rydia, Locke, Seifer, Yuna, and Ashe. Also, there'll be some sort of Boss Rush mode including chibi Safer Sephiroth.
