...That's rather interesting. I don't quite know why one would want to tell me of all people, but I'd be fine with someone letting me know anything more about the current status of this silly "Game". Just order a book from me or something, I suppose, along with a letter informing me. I'll be able to find it sooner or later.

Still onboard the Citadel, Lankolyk grits her teeth as she tries to move, but the pain is to great.

In the town, a bright flash of light and noise rings out. Sholryk breaths heavily, steam from his nostrils, sword in hand. Zan gives a sad sigh and points at a space in the ground.

"Ya sure?!"

"Yeah dude, of course I'm sure!"

"Good, 'cause if ya lieing..." -he gives a sinister glare, before snapping his fingers. A twinkle goes off in the sky above...-

-Lets her cat drop to the floor and scoffs-

Bern:-Rushes inside to the inn-

-Sholryk glares at the three of them and sneers, stomping his foot as a reply, the ground shaking-

Zan: Big bro, can... can I go now-

Shol: Not a chance in 'ell. Ya gonna 'elp me protect the filter, alrigh'?!

Zan: I... fine. I still can't believe you did that to big sis, though...

-the twinkle gets brighter, as a long, thin, cylinder like device lands behind both Lords. It's smooth and made of grey metal, lined by green lights, and seems to attach into the ground like a vaccuum-

Toya: Is this that filter I heard so much about yesterday that's going to destroy this planet? My word. I can't believe, even after they try to help your sister, you still have the audacity to do such a thing to these people...

-Idly taps the filter with her cane-

-Sholryk dashes between Toya/Casey and the filter, stomping the ground and causing a wall of stone to appear, interupting her potential attack...-

"BACK OFF!"

-the Citadel floats towards their part of the town, lining up directly over the top of the town: with a bright flash of light a beam of green energy links the Citadel and the filter, and the world begins to change...-

-the ground heaves, and shakes, and great geysers of steam and fire and ash begin to erupt throughout the town. The air starts to spin in a vortex around the machine...-

-At this point,a great winged demon◊ leaps out of the window of the inn and dives right at the Filter, looking really, really, really pissed off. A black cat is riding on top of the winged demon, looking rather bored-

Toya: ...And it seems the Harmonixer's awake, now...I wonder what Bern said to get him this riled up...

-Zan gives a yelp as he gets between her and Shol, his guitar used to deflect the attack, and he tries to grab her by the shoulder-

-with a flash, him and her both teleport a short distance away-

Zan: Look, I, I didn't want to do this, but, uh, welp... blood is thicker than water, ya know?

-Sholryk gives a roar and starts to emit intense heat, straight into Yuri: the flames produce an opposing force, and their path starts to shift away from the machine-

Yuri:-Roars loudly as his hardened demon body starts to very slowly feel the intense heat from Sho, and beats his wings hard and fast in order to correct the diving pattern right back in the direction twoards the Filter-

Bern:-Still hissing loudly at Sho from atop Yuri's head, not bothered at all by the heat-
