I see her as a white-haired African woman. (She is back from when entire humanity was African, remember...) She is probably wearing a suit. (Think SIR Integra Wingates Fairbrooks Hellsing.)

Catagorize, in what way? "Strenght"?, Field of Power?, Just random babbeling that sounds official and magical?

Field of power.

Make it a greco-latinified trasnslation of the field they control.

Or you could have the language vary by where it was discovered—with the relevant arguments about something's "real" name. Latin, French, Japanese, Sumerian...

So by the way the cast meets Magic itself.

On the Forrest (Imagine a Dyson sphere only the sphere is a forest) the subconcious inspiration for the term family tree...
