Probably just keep sitting there. I'm a bit of defeatist like that, though — someone more hot headed than me might just say "screw it" and run off anyways, just to die on their own terms or something.
Nemo enim fere saltat sobrius, nisi forte insanit Deviantart.I'd stay and hope that they find a way to fix my brain, and that I get another chance to escape after that. Slim chances, but better than the alternative.
Besides, living with those two doesn't sound bad at all.
I'd probably try to capture one of them and force them to work on fixing me, not doing their stupid experiments, and set it up so that I have to be functioning properly to keep the hostage alive and release them eventually
Depends on the status of their evil organization. If it's well-known enough that I won't look like a freaking loon explaining my situation, I will escape, steal some of those energy drinks with the terrifying warning labels, and find an appropriate authority. (If they can fix me, it obviously can be done.) If not... guess I'm fucked.
But thinking about it, suddenly becoming disabled the next day would constitute proof in and of itself...

Hail Martin Septim!
OK, one of my characters believes that he's agreed to work for a pair of young scientists, on a variety of strange experiments with unknown purposes.
One day, the two, just for the fun of it, sit him down and explain that he never agreed to work for them - they kidnapped him for their experiments into mind control. They can make him believe anything they want. Unfortunately, they seem to have broken his mind, and everytime he sleeps, his cognitive abilities degenerate. If it weren't for them fixing him back up every day, he'd be severely mentally disabled. (Note: they're telling the truth, and using Mind Control to make sure he believes every word.)
Then they leave him alone and he sees an opportunity to escape - but he knows if he does, by the next day he'll be significantly cognitively disabled, to the point where he won't be able to take care of himself.
What would you do in that situation?
If I'm asking for advice on a story idea, don't tell me it can't be done.
