Oh, never mind then. I heard a while ago that the US hardly aired the retro stuff anymore, there was notable annoyance over the lack of Looney Tunes. Then again this was about a year ago.
I'm guessing Warner Bros. limits the amount of Looney Tunes that get shown on the air so they can drum up demand for their DVD sets. Go back 10 years or so and CN showed classic Looney Tunes all the time (along with shows dedicated to the work of Bob Clampett, Chuck Jones, Tex Avery, etc. Me, I miss Toonheads).
Earthworm Jim: ZA ANIMESHUN (Sorry.). Watched it when I was a kid, but it's not on DVD because those involved are butthurt about having to make it at all. I tried to find it online, but came up empty.
I liked it better when Questionable Casting was called WTH Casting AgencyHow about Camp Candy ?

http://s1.zetaboards.com/Conceptual_Evolution/ http://sagan4.com/forum/index.phpI wish I could find a place where I could get my hands on some of the classic Trans-Lux Felix the Cat cartoons. Those shorts were from the late 50's, and they only have a small portion of them out on DVD. It isn't the best cartoon series of all time by far, but I really enjoy those cartoons and I wish there was a place where I could find all of them. Youtube has but a small portion as well.
RIGHTY-O! ;)Hi there new to this, was wondering if anyone could help me. I've been racking my brains after having a random flash back of a cartoon from the mid 90's I'm sure. Been searching the internet but have had no luck. The cartoon I'm remembering, I have one clear image of the intro of the programme. It started with a creepy goblin like creature holding a book and I'm positive he was sitting on a grandfather chair. He then went on to tell a spooky story each episode. I'm not sure but I have a feeling it was a Nickelodeon cartoon or else Cartoon Network. Could be wrong on both lol. Just one of those irritating things where u can't put your finger on it. If anyone can remember please help me out lol xoxo
I remember an old cartoon where a bunch of kids were playing flashlight tag and one of the flashlights sent a beam into space that reflected off a bunch of planets until encountering an aliens race, who sent an alien to investigate it, but my memories get hazy after that

The Life and Times of Juniper Lee. Okay, I know it's not THAT old, but I used to love that show and I actually think I could still enjoy it now...too bad I can't find it anywhere DX
On my wave, passing oooooooonTwinkle the Dream Being
I haven't really checked on it so it might be more available, but still.
If anyone knows where I can find some Amnitsu Hime animes that DON'T look like ancient crap, I love you.
Dakota's blog An odd agent of justiceI'll bet that no one can find the old Mutant League cartoon.
Akira Toriyama (April 5 1955 - March 1, 2024).The old The Fox And The Crow cartoons.

" 'TIS BUT A SCRATCH! IT'S JUST A GRASS WOUND! RUNNING AWAY FROM BATTLE, EH? YOU FIREY BASTARDS!! - The Black ChesnaughtI found the first ep one time. Now, I guess copyrights are in the way.
Dakota's blog An odd agent of justiceThe Legends of Treasure Island. I do have the first season recorded off VHS and shared with me, but, season two... How am I supposed to get the Australian VHS releases and extract the video off them? I don't have the technology, the time, and (kind of) the money.

I think most of Season Two is on Youtube, albeit not in great quality.
That is the issue. Someone needs to release the show on DVD. It deserves a release.
Peter Pan and the Pirates.

- Jack and the Witch (which I guess is technically anime and not Western Animation, but whatever)
- lots of stuff from the ABC Saturday Superstar Movie. Some of these are not too hard to find via *ahem!* “alternative” sources, but others, like That Girl in Wonderland, The Mini-Munsters and Luvcast U.S.A. (which is so rare I can’t even find a screenshot of it!), seem to have fallen off the face of the Earth.
More recently: Stroker & Hoop, which I wish I’d had the foresight to tape. Adult Swim seems to have forgotten the show ever existed, they acknowledge the much-reviled Assy Mc Gee more than they do this one, a show with actual production values and witty writing.

Confirmed Bachelors: the dramedy hit of 1883!I'd like to see a complete collection of Tex Avery's MGM output. Also, a collection of the Harman-Ising stuff (like the excellent "Bottles"). If they'd show these on TV once and awhile again, that'd be cool too, but I'd at least like to see them available in some form that isn't You Tube (nothin' against You Tube other than the generally crappy visual quality when these old 'toons make it on there).
One I am hoping to see is the 1917 "Happy Hooligan" silent cartoon "The Tale of a Kangaroo," as it involves the title character dressing up as a boxing kangaroo for a circus, very much like I do except it's for a baseball team mascot.
As a big fan of Frederick Opper, I thank you for letting me know of that cartoon’s existence!
Confirmed Bachelors: the dramedy hit of 1883!The electric piper. nick movie only aired once Jimmy hendrix expy as the pied piper playing for a harley. Awesomeness!!!! Has imdb page but that's it Also old nick flick kid secret agent... and the phrase "Hey globies"
Cartoon Network airs Looney Toons. Boomerang airs a lot of Hanna Barbara and MGM stuff still, they air classic Cartoon Network shows around primetime. Other than the primetime it's still those classics.
