On the subject of a theoretical Mario Musou:
There's something strangely soothing about the clattering of the bones of a Stalchild upon their defeat. Now imagine that when it's a horde of Dry Bones.

When you wish upon a side of beef, soon will come an end to all your griefSince it's on sale, and I kind of want a sports spin-off, I've been thinking about getting Mario Golf: World Tour. How is it?
Better than the others...even though you can only really compare it to Toadstool Tour the gamecube game.
It's good, like the other Sports games. Fun to play with humorous animations for how good you are at sinking ball in hole.
YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie.Now all we need is Namco and it'll be just like Smash 4 again.
Since I was in the mood I went and beat Galaxy 1 with Luigi. It's amazing how much faster you go through everything once you have the skill. I now sit at 121 stars with both Mario and Luigi, making it my third Mario game that I have 100%.
That is pretty mind-blowing. And it's pretty typical of Nintendo to include a small detail that no one would have noticed.

Visit my Tumblr! I may say things. The Bureau ProjectA look at the level design in 3D World.
On another note, Mario Party 10 comes out soon. It's never been my cup of tea, but who here actually enjoys it? I've found it somewhat fun, but me and my friends tend to prefer Smash and Kart when together.
I got only the first Party because rotating the control stick shredded my palm and I can never get a party together.
I hear that they took out those kinds of mini games, but I still can't get a party together.
Kart is fun, but racing isn't really MY cup of tea.

I liked Mario Party 1-3.
I didn't really play others after except for Mario Party DS.
Batman Ninja more like Batman's Bizarre AdventureWhile other games don't follow that exact structure, I've seen some other games follow some of those philosophies. Like teaching the player through level design, like Megaman games and Shovel Knight. I think stuff like that is a much more elegant way of teaching the player how to do things instead of going on about text boxes. It's pretty much show don't tell in video game form.
You got some dirt on you. Here's some more! The only tutorial level I like is on Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon because they just made fun of tutorials in general.
Batman Ninja more like Batman's Bizarre AdventureMetroid Prime began with a good tutorial level. It introduces the core features in nonintrusive ways that feel like a natural part of the level and don't stop the action with text boxes (Like having to first use a Charge Shot to clear some debris out of your path), whilst simultaneously setting up the plot.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!I like it when the tutorials appear in a fashion akin to button prompts. They just pop up in a non-intrusive fashion to tell you how to do things without breaking the flow of the gameplay.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book! The Mario games have always been good at mantlepieces. That level structure is a great way to mix things up, without making things to indecipherable.
As for my tutorials, I don't mind any kind. As long as it explains things to me, I can forgive the worst sort of tutorial, because the alternative is just so much worse.
"Curry killed the pussy hoping that I could kill the hate in you" - Curry, D. "TABOO | TA13OO." TA13OO, PH, 2018A blatantly forced tutorial is probably the worst way to go about teaching the player how to play a game. Especially since this forced tutorial style just gets annoying to go through on repeat playthroughs.
...And A lot of people generally don't like be told how to do stuff as if they could never figure out how to, which is what a lot of forced tutorials tend to do.
If a game can do the show don't tell method then its all good, but not all games can do that with how complex they are or can get...not even all Mario games can keep it going , though they usually give you the option to take a tutorial or not.
YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie.The last Mario and Luigi game was really bad at tutorials. Constant stops to explain everything really slowly. One of several reasons it's the weakest one in the series.
Why do you call it the weakest?
Though all 4 games are really bad with tutorials...it just got worse with each game.
YO. Rules of the Internet 45. Rule 45 is a lie. There's a rumor going around that Paper Mario 2 might get remade for the 3DS. There's a picture of the supposed game◊ and a GIF here.
It's probably fake... but it would be nice to have on 3DS.
GameXplain points out a few minor inconsistencies that probably mean it's fake.

I've got fanfics for Frozen, Spectacular Spider-Man, Crash Bandicoot, and Spyro the Dragon.
I don't find either difficult. They are probably my favorite missions in the game(s) though.
