@Furiko: Yeah, but any contacts can do that if they're not the right shape/size for your eyes.

Also, the whole replicas = bad thing is vaguely irritating. I can kind of understand the whole stealing prints thing, but it bothers me when someone makes a dress that's shaped similarly to a brand dress and people bitch. There's only so many classic designs out there guys!

For serious. Shit's expensive, yo. Not to mention that my bone structure means that I'd never fit into brand even if I was just skin and bones.

One of these days though, I'm going to actually sit down and make my own stuff though (Probably similar to this. I'm seriously in love with that dress).

It's a toss up as to if I like Mary Magdelene or Victorian Maiden better. They're both pretty similar.

Hence why they are both my favourite loli brands. xD Although Baby, The Stars Shine Bright has a special place in my heart.

Baby's kind of hit-or-miss for me, but I'm not much of a sweet person. I lean more towards classic/goth. ^^;

Also, as a side note, am I the only person who thinks Alice and the Pirates' Vampire Requiem print is kinda fug?

Ugh, I think the company whose sizing annoys me the most is Moi-même-Moitié. >_< I love so much of what they put out (I'm a sucker for that inverted-wax-scratch look), but goddamn it, I could crush the girls who fit into the stuff with my tits alone!

Moitie's definitely gotten better over the years. I remember when Mana first got into Lolita, and it was a whole lot of "wut?" going on. Some of the older stuff is just terrible. x_x;

I kinda wish that the Holy Stained Glass print went all the way around the skirt though, instead of just on the front. It's so pretty. @_@

Whaddya think about all the princess-inspiration stuff?

I can't really get into it as much as everyone else; my favourite fairy tale as a kid was Puss in Boots. My favourite princesses were Elizabeth Tudor and Cleopatra Philopater, who were decidedly not sweet and kindhearted. The closest I have to a gentle princess who inspired me was Jeanne d'Arc.
